Colleen Lampron is an experienced project leader with particular expertise in planning oral health programs and initiatives that promote access to dental care for underserved populations. Proficiencies include designing and overseeing the implementation of local and national oral health efforts using a collaborative approach that advances innovations (e.g., IHI’s Breakthrough Series model), and supports systematic and continuous quality improvement measures.
A dedicated health care professional with more than 20 years’ experience in nonprofit operations and public health program implementation (including FQHCs), Lampron understands the complexity of safety-net dental programs – including the support they need, and how to deliver that support.
